We are film set decorators and a lot of fabrics, even of the highest quality, pass through our hands during this work. You can't take away the period films from the canvas. So we thought why not use what is left in the workshops a little differently. Why not connect history and the present? 
We work mostly with small yardage, sometimes even samples that can no longer be used to make a period curtain or dress. The material inspires us and believe that each piece wants its own approach. Every combination has to be thought out and finalized. OLD BEAUTY was created spontaneously, we can't plan much, we work with what comes in. But I would say it's true to the times, originality is closely linked to improvisation. So you can be sure that meeting someone with the same bag is like a chance encounter in China. It can happen, but the probability is close to zero.
Since everything is based on the author's work, we prefer personal contact. You can find us on instagram, probably on designmarket (you'll find out currently), but also feel free to write. Because custom work is just as interesting.
