NEPASIKA

Terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions govern the purchase of goods via the NEPASIKA online shop at nepasika.com.

1. Introductory Provisions.

These terms and conditions govern the purchase of goods via the NEPASIKA online shop.

The Seller offers, in particular, original glass carafes manufactured according to the Seller’s own design.

The Buyer is a person who enters into a contract of sale with the Seller via the online shop. Provisions relating to consumers apply to buyers who are not acting in the course of a business.

2. Goods and prices.

Information about the goods, their characteristics and prices is provided for each individual product.

All prices are quoted in Czech korunas and are final. The seller is not a VAT payer.

Delivery costs are shown separately before the order is finalised.

3. Ordering and conclusion of the contract.

The buyer selects the goods, adds them to their basket, fills in the required details and chooses an available delivery and payment method.

Before submitting the order, they have the opportunity to check and correct the details.

The order is submitted by clicking a button that clearly indicates an obligation to pay.

The contract of sale comes into effect upon the Seller’s confirmation of receipt of the order. An automatic confirmation of order receipt does not in itself necessarily constitute the conclusion of a contract.

The Seller may contact the Buyer in the event of goods being out of stock or any other obstacle to the fulfilment of the order.

4. Payment Terms.

Payment is made online by credit card via the Stripe payment service.

The buyer pays the price of the goods and any delivery charges before the goods are dispatched.

5. Delivery.

Goods are currently delivered only to addresses in the Czech Republic.

The delivery charge is determined by the number of items ordered and is displayed at the checkout before the order is placed.

The estimated delivery time is 5–10 working days, unless otherwise stated for a specific product.

Should circumstances arise that prevent delivery within the stated timeframe, the seller will inform the buyer. This does not affect the buyer’s statutory rights in the event of a delay in delivery.

6. Withdrawal from the contract.

As a general rule, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Notice of withdrawal may be sent by email to nepasika@gmail.com or in writing to the seller’s registered office.

The consumer must return the goods no later than 14 days after withdrawing from the contract.

The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the consumer.

The seller shall refund the amount paid, including the costs of the cheapest standard delivery method offered, within 14 days of the withdrawal at the latest. However, the seller may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or proof of dispatch has been provided.

The consumer is liable only for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics and functionality.

7. Complaints.

The seller is responsible for ensuring that the goods are free from defects upon delivery and comply with statutory requirements.

The consumer may make a complaint regarding a defect that becomes apparent within two years of taking delivery of the goods.

Complaints should be submitted by email to nepasika@gmail.com or to the address of the seller’s registered office.

Consumer complaints will be dealt with within the statutory time limit, usually within 30 days at the latest, unless a longer period has been agreed.

Details are set out in a separate document entitled ‘Returns and Complaints’.

8. Out-of-court dispute resolution.

In the event of a dispute, the consumer may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, which is the body responsible for the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes.
